Squeeezy ("we", "our", or "us") is a macOS desktop application that allows users to upload videos to multiple social media platforms. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Squeeezy is designed with privacy in mind. We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• OAuth tokens — When you connect a social media account (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), we receive and store an access token and refresh token provided by that platform. These tokens are stored exclusively in your Mac's secure Keychain and never on our servers.
• Video files and metadata — Videos you upload and metadata you enter (title, caption, tags, etc.) are sent directly from your device to the respective social media platform's API. We do not store, copy, or retain your video content.
• No personal data collected by us — We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any analytics data. Squeeezy operates entirely locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

The OAuth tokens stored on your device are used solely to authenticate API requests to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok on your behalf. We use these tokens to:

• Upload videos to your connected social media accounts
• Refresh your authentication session automatically
• Retrieve basic account information needed for the upload process

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than providing the core upload functionality.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Squeeezy integrates with the following third-party platforms. When you connect your accounts, you are also subject to their privacy policies:

• YouTube / Google — Google Privacy Policy
• Instagram / Meta — Instagram Privacy Policy
• TikTok — TikTok Privacy Policy

We only request the minimum permissions required to upload content on your behalf. You can revoke our access at any time through each platform's settings or through Squeeezy's Settings page.

4. Data Storage and Security

All authentication tokens are stored in your Mac's Keychain using Apple's secure storage APIs with kSecAttrAccessibleWhenUnlockedThisDeviceOnly access control. This means:

• Tokens are only accessible when your Mac is unlocked
• Tokens cannot be transferred to another device
• Tokens are never written to disk in plain text
• Tokens are never sent to our servers

5. TikTok API Data Use

Squeeezy uses the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. In accordance with TikTok's Platform Policy, we confirm:

• We only request video.upload and video.publish scopes
• We do not store, share, or sell any TikTok user data
• We do not use TikTok data for advertising or analytics
• TikTok user data is used solely for the purpose of uploading content that you explicitly initiate
• You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time in Squeeezy Settings → TikTok → Disconnect

6. Google / YouTube API Data Use

Squeeezy uses the YouTube Data API v3. Our use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We:

• Only request youtube.upload and youtube scopes
• Do not store YouTube user data on any server
• Do not share YouTube user data with any third party
• Only use YouTube data to perform uploads you explicitly initiate

7. Children's Privacy

Squeeezy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no data to request, modify, or delete from us. All data stored by Squeeezy exists only on your device. You can remove all stored data at any time by:

• Disconnecting each platform in Squeeezy Settings
• Uninstalling Squeeezy from your Mac

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. The latest version will always be available at squeeezy.me/privacy.
